Request a Donation

Austin Creative Reuse welcomes requests for donations of used materials or Austin Creative Reuse gift certificates from organizations meeting the following criteria:

  • Non-profit organizations and educational organizations based in or around Austin Creative Reuse.
  • Projects and organizations that directly benefit the local community.
  • Projects and organizations that may lack significant sources of funding.

Application Process

Please submit the form below to be considered for a donation. All requests should be submitted at least four (4) weeks prior to your event. We cannot guarantee that we will have the materials you need available. If your application is approved and we do not currently have your requested material in stock, we will put a call out for material needs to the community on your behalf to fulfill your donation request.

Review Process

All requests will be reviewed with two (2) weeks of receipt. You will hear from us via email whether your application has been approved or denied.

Project Impact Report

We request that every donation recipient submit an impact report via email within 30 days of the event. Your report should include:

  • A description of how successful the event was
  • A description of the impact your event had on the community
  • Photos for use in Austin Creative Reuse promotions
  • Quotes from attendees, if available

Donation Pick-up Process

If accepted, you will be responsible for picking up your donation.

If you have leftover materials after your event, you may re-donate them back to Austin Creative Reuse. Not all materials can be re-donated, so please me us at info@austincreativereuse.org for more information.
