School Supply Collection
Greetings Creative Reusers!
Last year we collected over 2000 pounds of usable school supplies from just 12 schools. This year we want to TRIPLE our numbers (at least) and WE NEED YOU!Our collection process is simple and easy to install! Here’s how it works…· Choose between 1-3 schools that are easy for you to get to. Maybe it’s your kids’ school, or the school where you work or volunteer, or just a school in your neighborhood or near your work.· Communicate with the school secretary or principal either in person or via email with the information we will send to you. Assure them that the process is easy and will save hundreds of pounds of usable materials from ending up in the landfill.· Come to Austin Creative Reuse to pick up your collection buckets May 15-18· Install the buckets and the information poster ON OR BEFORE May 21st.· Collect the buckets from the school May 29th (that’s the day after the last day of school)· Want to know more?
