May Reuse & [Re]Think Contest: Phone Cases
Our Reuse & [Re]Think item of the month is phone cases! These days, we all change our phones so quickly that our size-specific cases become obsolete! While we wish we could recycle them, the truth is that most municipal recycling programs can't properly process the mix of plastics and rubber compounds that they're made of. Instead of throwing your old case away, why not turn it into a nifty little notepad holder, a name tag, or a work of art like @calderful has done? The fur and nose are all from old cases!

Submission:
Once you’ve completed your creation, please provide at least 2 photos of your art piece, your contact info and a short description of materials used. Email your submission to rethink@austincreativereuse.org by the deadline.
Creations will be judged on incorporation of reuse materials, craftsmanship, and creativity.
One winner will be notified and receive a $10 gift card to ACR that can be redeemed either in center or our online store. They will also be announced on our social media.
