Welcome to the Core Volunteer Program
Join the Creative Movement: Volunteer with Austin Creative Reuse!
Austin Creative Reuse’s community of Volunteers includes people of all ages (15+), backgrounds, and skill levels.
Some are students, parents, working professionals, retirees, and everyone in-between!
Core Volunteers are the heart and soul of Austin Creative Reuse. They help in so many ways and always get to choose how and when they donate their time.
Core Volunteers are consistently a part of Austin Creative Reuse’s mission towards saving creative & educational supplies from landfills in several ways.

As a core volunteer, you can participate in our take-home projects!
Members of the core volunteers team can check out bins of donations to work on our their own time outside of the center and community session times.
Either by using their specialty knowledge in the comfort of their own space to process items or helping sort out a bin of materials in need of a little touch-up before sending it out.
