Upcycled Wind Chimes: An Unlikely Music Source

  • Austin Creative Reuse 2005 Wheless Lane Austin, TX, 78723 United States (map)

Do you enjoy using your creativity to make beautiful things? Do you believe that 'one man's trash is another man's treasure'? If so, then you'll love this workshop!

In this class, participants will learn how to turn materials that most people discard into something beautiful for the eyes and ears, wind chimes! You'll learn how to identify and select materials that can be repurposed, hammer and drill techniques, and how to put the pieces together to create a unique, one-of-a-kind wind chime.

This is an ideal opportunity for creatives of all ages, especially young children who are working on their fine motor coordination.

This workshop is appropriate for those ages 3+. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
