Reuse on the Runway: A Night of Fashion, Cosplay & Drag was Incredible!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to support the 45 designers and artists who showcased 70 unique reuse pieces in our fifth annual fashion show, Reuse on the Runway, at Mueller’s Branch Park Pavilion on Saturday, October 17. Over 400 audience members took in the show, made bag and belt charms at the DIY Charm Station, enjoyed a live artist demonstration from ACR Reuse Artist in Residence, Charity Ridpath, enjoyed libations from local beverage makers and Mexican cuisine from the Mexcita food truck, supported ACR and scored delicious treats at the Bake Sale, took funky photos in the photo booth, grooved to the smooth sounds of DJ Hip Stir, visited the Austin Trash Fashion Designers booth, and got an in-depth view at some of the looks during Close Up on the Couture after the show.

This event wouldn't have been possible without the help of our volunteers and generous sponsors.
