Reuse Artist Vendor Opportunities

Apply now to be a vendor at our Summer Sundays!

Applications to be a Summer Sunday mini-market vendor are now open. Due to the small size of these mini-markets, we expect that we will not be able to accommodate all vendors who would like to join us. If this pilot is successful, we hope to offer more opportunities like this in future and, of course, the return of our popular Holiday and Spring Reuse Market Weekends later this year.

Summer Sunday Vendor Details

• $20 booth fee 

• Space for a 6-foot table and two chairs on our shaded portico. No tent needed!

• Bring your own table, chairs, and decor (however, if equipment is a limiting factor for you to participate, let us know and we might be able to help).

• Set up your booth between 11-11:45AM. The event starts at 12PM and ends at 3PM.

• There will likely not be space for extra fixtures beyond the table and chairs.

Vendor Guidelines

As with all our reuse markets, goods offered for sale on Summer Sundays should contain at least 50% reuse materials. Not all vendors need to sell goods related to the theme of each market, but we may favor vendors whose offerings are a good match - for example, reuse artists who create sustainable fashion and accessories for our September event featuring Sustainable Style. 

Vendor Representation

As always, we aim to offer community events that are reflective of the unique diversity of our community. For this Summer Sundays series, reuse artist selection will hold space for emerging artists and traditionally under-served artists, artists of color, artists who are part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, and artists with disabilities. 

How to Apply to be a Vendor

Unlike our larger reuse market weekends, there is one application for all four events - just check the box for the date(s) you’d like to participate. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis, and applications will close on the first of each month for that month’s event (except September!).
