Take a Bow: Beginner Knitting

  • Austin Creative Reuse 2005 Wheless Lane Austin, TX, 78723 United States (map)

If you've ever been curious about knitting but never had the chance to try it out, then this workshop is perfect for you!

No prior experience or knowledge is necessary - just an interest in knitting or a love for all things yarn-related. During this workshop, you'll learn the basics of knitting, including casting on, the knit stitch, binding off, and joining pieces together. By the end of the session, you'll have completed half of a bow that you can use as a bow tie, headband decoration or even as your pet's accessory! You’ll also go home with all the necessary supplies and resources to help you continue your knitting journey.

This workshop is for those ages 14+. Minors do not need to be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
