Reuse on the Runway 2024 Recap!
It’s been a month since the reuse force awakened on May 4th at Branch Park Pavilion in Mueller with our Reuse on the Runway 2024 fashion show!
Our community fashion show is organized by Austin Creative Reuse for makers of all kinds, offering an inclusive, judgment-free environment to celebrate their creations. All looks included in the show incorporated some element of reuse materials or techniques. The goal of this event is to challenge people to look at materials in new ways and to inspire the audience to rethink how they view fashion . . . that fashion can be both spectacular and sustainable. Our community then came out and showed out in their best looks, from sci-fi to high fashion, and the whole night was like a dream!

We hope that everyone who participated and attended had a blast! This was an absolute labor of love from our Fashion Show Organizing Committee who worked countless hours to coordinate this runway.
